Timings for the women only bootcamp
We have bootcamps twice a day during weekdays. 10am and 7pm Weekdays. So if your a stay at home mom , after the kids go to school, this is perfect for you. For the Busy professional who gets of work at 6pm out 7pm bootcamps are perfect to burn those calories and get in shape.
